HOW IT ALL WORKS

An employee will log in via a location telephone.  The system will recognize the number thru Caller ID … The system will automatically note the time as well as the employee discipline and the patient/client physical location.  Upon leaving the location the employee again will call and log out.  The system will log the calls and archive the event.  The employee will also have the option to enter beginning and ending mileage for travel expense.

What type of equipment is needed?
Because of the simplicity of the program, no specialized equipment is required.  The employee or volunteer simply makes a free 800 call from the serviced location.

What if an employee or volunteer forgets to log in or out?
There will always exist a situation when someone forgets to log out or the phone lines are down.  In such an instance, the system manager has the ability to make manual entries and adjustments.  Of course, if an employee consistently “FORGETS”, to log out there could be another reason and the employee might need to be evaluated.

Can I see my employee or volunteer activity in real time?
Yes.  Because the program is internet based, a program manager, payroll dept., Administrator can easily access the website to see exactly where employees and volunteers have logged in.  The program will help eliminate guess work concerning the active locations.

What happens if a private residence has no phone?
It is unlikely in today’s world that someone will not have a telephone.  However, in a situation of this nature, the system manager will always have the ability to make manual entries based on input from the employee or volunteer.

Can skilled or unskilled visits be logged as per discipline?
Yes. The program will identify employees or volunteers discipline as well as employee ID number and cell phone number.

Is there a way to log mileage?
Yes there is an optional prompt to log mileage.

How secure is my website?
Our website is secure and only the agency administrator can authorize access.
